4. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, and deliverables created by Tech-solution. remain our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their intended purpose.
 
Tech-solution. retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, websites, and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 
5. Payment Terms
